What's typical for The Rock Expert

The Rock Expert spans seven decades, from the Rolling Stones in the 1960s to Foo Fighters in the 2020s, and the pool is evenly spread across them – no single era dominates. Kent, Linkin Park, Foo Fighters, The Hives and Europe are the artists that come up most often, and around one in five songs is Swedish.

The level is Medium: the hits are there, but the list moves past the most obvious ones and settles on what you recognise after the chorus rather than on the first chord. It's the list for the group where someone claims to “know their rock”.
