What's typical for Schlager Night
Schlager Night is entirely Swedish and gathers Melodifestivalen and Swedish schlager from the 1970s to today, with a focus on the last fifteen years. Kikki Danielsson, Sanna Nielsen, Jessica Andersson, Mariette, Magnus Carlsson and Carola are the artists that come up most often – so both the folk-park schlager era and the Friends Arena era.
The level is Easy. These are songs written to stick after one listen, and for anyone who watches Mello every year the list is almost too easy. That's where speed comes in: Fox Ear gives the most points to whoever guesses right in half a second.
Good for a Mello final, a Midsummer party, or any celebration where glitter is welcome. Dance Band Night is the sister list for the same mood at a slower tempo.
